My Teaching Philosophy...
"Education should empower all learners to be the best they can be in life."
My teaching is characterized by being student-focused, inclusive and engaging. It asserts that students are active learners and emphasizes the value of inquiry learning. It is also inclusive by responding effectively to students' individual learning needs while fostering positive classroom relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. Finally, it focuses on student engagement by using a range of strategies to teach lifelong skills that will empower students to be successful both in and out of school.
