  •  Effectively drew on student's funds of knowledge in India discussing issues relevant to their context.
  •   Designed lessons on 'war and peace' and 'relationships' to relate to their personal experiences and cultural knowledge.
  • Strategically structured lessons so that students became the experts on the issue and had to actively communicate what they knew to me as a foreigner
  •  Successfully implemented classroom management strategies by explicitly stating expectations and following through. Adapted to the learning environment and built positive relationships with both students and staff.

"Kristy is independent and self-motivated. She is conscious of her professional responsibilities and undertakes them with diligence. This capacity was demonstrated whilst working at K.R.
